Starting his L&D journey 10 years ago, Russ showcased his analytical prowess and dedication to excellence, and became the go-to expert for training on HFC and FTTP networks.

As a Curriculum Manager here at QA, Russ is the visionary behind innovative learning solutions that go beyond traditional classrooms. He's the creative force behind the Digital Product Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship.

Russ' skills are as diverse as his experience, ranging from leadership and coaching to e-learning design and program management. He's a certified Scrum Master, Agile Service Manager, and DevOps Foundation professional, always staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

Outside of work, Russ is a passionate rugby coach, having mentored teams from junior rugby to ladies' and senior men's teams. His love for the sport and dedication to coaching reflect his commitment to teamwork and personal growth.
