Biography
She has worked for over 25 years in a variety of educational and corporate settings. Delivering for TAP, she is experienced in training design, delivery and facilitation and loves coaching individuals to develop their training delivery style and structure, through individualized constructive feedback. She is an able facilitator and also works in the leadership and management space, leading courses in a variety of personal effectiveness and management skills. Alison also facilitates a number of 'SupportNets Retros' or facilitated review sessions with QA learners on specialist technical programs for Lloyds Banking Group.
Alison's experience within the FE and HE Sectors has provided a great basis for her to design and facilitate professional development programs for the QA Apprenticeship Coach community. She regularly facilitates both the Fundamentals in Coaching Practice and Coaching-The Next Level.
Prior to QA Alison was leading and managing a Teacher Education department responsible for the PGCE(FE) delivered in conjunction with Canterbury Christ Church University.
