Sebastien (Seba) Deleersnyder, Co-founder and CTO of Toreon, is a distinguished security expert and influential teacher at the Data Protection Institute.

Holding a masters in software engineering from the University of Ghent, Seba advocates for holistic product security. As the founder of the Belgian OWASP chapter, former OWASP Foundation Board member, and co-founder of BruCON, he has been a driving force in shaping global AppSec communities.
