His work sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, organizational psychology, and human performance.

He focuses on strengthening individual and organizational resilience – equipping security leaders to reduce stress and burnout while improving communication, collaboration, decision-making, problem-solving, and risk posture. His approach is grounded in research and built on the principle that leadership and teamwork are trainable capabilities.
