One of the best things about my job has always been the involvement with customers at the start of their technology journey. Often many months before their strategies are formed and a long time before they need a course. This seems to be the case with cloud. You say “deploy” I say subscribe, you say install, I say “click here”.

It’s funny how many of us have a plan to upgrade our mobile phones, for newer models with more features for us to not use, yet we don’t have a plan to upgrade our Microsoft certifications. Shame. After all…
