Job Details:

You will work with clients, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements. Help screen candidates, follow-up compliance checks, and finally match candidates to their clients. Service calls for clients and candidates are completed on an ongoing basis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining clients and candidates relationships using their CRM database and updating excel
  • Building professional and effective relationships with clients and candidates through telephone and email conversations
  • Using Linkedin In and Social Media to engage with clients and candidates
  • Maintain and complete relevant paperwork on time and to a good standard using outlook and excel
  • Have an understanding of compliance so all candidates are fully compliant when starting work with us.
  • Input booking information on the CRM booking system
  • Any other tasks as asked by management
  • Adhere to, follow and understand the RMR Brand Values

Required Skills:

  • Ability to listen and develop
  • Confident in dealing with people at all levels
  • Good telephone manner
  • Computer skills that include office

Additional Information:

  • Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm or Monday - Friday 10am -6pm
  • £12,000
