A great opportunity has arisen within a well established grounds maintenance group for a digital administration support apprentice.

Candidates will require to possess excellent attendance and timekeeping, strong communication and listening skills, and have a basic understanding of Microsoft packages.

The post is a trainee position and you will be given substantial on the job training and support as well as work towards achieving and SCQF6 in Digital applications support through our training partner QA.

The successful applicant will be based in our Cumbernauld Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Update and manage company CRM software system

Manage and update client quotations through word and submit for review

Updating job costs in excel format databases

Managing & Updating sales diary systems in outlook

Managing and issuing emails through company in-box systems

Other adv hoc admin as required

Required Skills:

Self-motivated - outgoing

Have excellent communication skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft word excel & outlook


Have a proactive manner of working

Good attention to detail

Additional Information:

Mon - Friday 9.00am until 5.00pm

£9,750 per annum
