An exciting opportunity has arisen for our client based in Glasgow city centre, who is a key player in the Property Industry. The successful candidate will fulfill the role of carrying out all aspects of administrative support dealing with a variety of activities on a daily basis.

The role should be of great interest to candidates who can demonstrate excellent communication skills along with a can do positive attitude. The apprentice will be given a full induction and in-house training for your role, ongoing support and coaching working towards a diploma in Digital Applications SCQF level 6

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately update and record info on EAP
  • Give viewing feedback to vendors
  • Portal check of all new properties and spot check for existing properties
  • Cinch import each week (from EIG, RM, AHS website, EAP, S1 Homes, Zoopla etc)
  • Property emails for GPA and AHS
  • Check all auction equipment
  • Housekeeping – stock of provisions
  • Processing and franking of daily Mail
  • Arrange schedule using Microsoft Outlook
  • Update property PDF templates when required
  • Check accuracy of content of email and relating web pages
  • Help with auction paperwork
  • Morning meeting and end of play updates using Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Supply property info to potential buyers
  • Arrange viewings

Additional Information:

  • £10,000-£12,000
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8.45am – 5.30pm, one late night per week 11am -8pm and every second Saturday 10am-2pm
  • If Saturday has been worked, 4 hours time will be given back during the week
