One of the fastest growing Personal Injury Firms in Scotland are looking for a hardworking and ambitious person to join their busy Glasgow City Centre office who help provide online administration support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use and update pro claim case management system to dealing with client case loads
  • Updating databases
  • Helping with preparation of court papers and online filing
  • Daily use of Microsoft packages

General admin

  • Answering calls and emails
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Referencing and scanning mail
  • Photocopying

Required Skills:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident and able to deal with colleagues at all levels
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good IT skills
  • Hardworking and proactive
  • Willingness to learn

Additional Information:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 10am-6pm
  • £10000 per annum

Future Career Progression:

Can progress into other departments within the company
