VQ Construction are looking for an enthusiastic junior digital support apprentice to join their team in Hillington. They are looking to support an apprentice to learn a wide range of digital based administrative support duties required within the office. You will be working direct with the office manager and administration team providing essential support within the office. This is an exciting opportunity as the duties will be varied and you will also be provided with work based training from QA to allow you to develop your digital skills and will work towards achieving an SCQF Level 6 Digital Applications Support Diploma.

Key Responsibilities:

Electronic filing using excel databases

Managing company email in-box

Managing and updating purchase orders through sage and equito softwares

Updating client quotation through word databases

Maintaining shared drive files and archives

Other ad hoc admin duties required such as dealing with calls and managing diaries

Training and guidance will be provided for the digital systems to a competent standard

Required Skills:

• Enthusiasm

• Have a willingness to learn

• Work well within a team as well as on your own

• Have good communication skills both verbal and written

• High attention to detail

* Good basic IT skills

Additional Information:

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, 4.30pm finish on Friday

£10140 per annun £5 per hour 39 hour week

20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
