Embracing the ITIL best practice framework, our BCS Specialist certificates enable IT professionals to learn how to deliver, support and manage IT services – effectively and efficiently. Once you have achieved your ITIL Foundation certificate, you can choose the Specialist certificate that meets your job requirements.
It's mandatory to have the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in Service Management before the qualification can be awarded:
If you don't hold the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in Service Management yet (e.g. you're are waiting for your Foundation result) your exam result will be withheld until you can provide evidence of certification.
You can then choose any of the following Specialist certificates:
On attending the course(s) below, please ensure you provide documented evidence that you have passed the ITIL Foundation certificate or ITIL Version 2-3 Foundation Bridge certificate – by either presenting your certificate (or a copy of your certificate) to the course expert.
If you can't provide the physical certificate, then as a minimum you must provide the certificate number. If the exam board was not the BCS, you must also provide the name of the examination board who issued the certificate. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in your exam results being withheld by the exam accreditation body. If you have lost your certificate or you do not have a record of your certificate number, please contact the BCS directly before attending the course.
