This five-day instructor-led training is designed to provide the technical skills and knowledge needed to implement and configure Asset Manager following ITSM Best Practices and ITAM processes. The class will cover such modules as Contracts, Financials, and Procurement, in addition to learning how to track Software Licenses. These skills will assist an Administrator in their ability to implement an asset management solution in an enterprise-level business or large organization. The class consists of approximately 50% lecture and 50% hands-on lab exercises. This course is designed for users who are proficient in HP Asset Manager.

Prerequisites

  • AM120 Asset Manager 9.x Software: Essentials
  • Experience with Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of relational databases and database terminology
