This session has been specifically designed to help managers identify potential in team members and to inspire them to develop that potential.
Developing your team is an important part of your job as a manager. It doesn’t only apply to those new to the team, your whole team needs training, development and support throughout their careers, both as individuals and as a team to develop the skills they need to work effectively and to learn new ways of working.
