eLearning: we offer a range of eLearning solutions to provide service management that is available any time, any place - either as a stand-alone course, or seamlessly integrated with other learning media as part of a 'blended' learning programme. eLearning is ideal when time out of the office is at a premium, or to reduce travel costs for staff based at remote sites - and can also be used to complement and support classroom-based training.
