QA have over 50 full-time professional best practice lecturers and consultants, many of whom are multi-disciplined recognised leaders in their fields. We've had the privilege of providing ITIL and service management and consulting to many of the world's best-known companies - helping them to benefit from the insight that targeted education brings and, through its adoption and adaptation, enjoy its contribution to significantly improved business performance.
Different training needs require different training solutions:
Publicly scheduled courses: our selection of publicly scheduled classroom and virtual delivered courses are a highly available and cost-effective means of taking ITIL training. Our lecturer-led courses are provided regularly across all of our locations nationwide.
Closed/private courses: closed courses can be closely tailored to meet the learning needs of the group being trained, providing better scope for work-specific issues to be covered - and helping to develop team unity.
Tailored courses: our learning consultants can combine parts of several courses to achieve a focused learning programme that is completely tailored to each customer's needs. Organisation-specific procedures or processes may also be included as part of the learning.
Bespoke courses: our instructional designers can develop a new, highly focused learning programme specifically to meet your needs - and include within it real-world activities, role plays, exercises and case studies that are more relevant to your organisation's learning objectives.
Learning consultancy: we offer a full range of learning consultancy services, which include assessment services, workshops, bespoke training and experiential learning.
eLearning: we offer a range of eLearning solutions to provide service management that is available any time, any place - either as a stand-alone course, or seamlessly integrated with other learning media as part of a 'blended' learning programme. eLearning is ideal when time out of the office is at a premium, or to reduce travel costs for staff based at remote sites - and can also be used to complement and support classroom-based training.
