A highly interactive and experiential half day programme designed to empower individuals with the essential skills to manage stress and boost performance.


Stress, mental health and wellbeing are popular topics at the moment. At work, a vital part of being able to perform at our best, is managing our stress levels - this interactive programme will help participants understand what exactly is meant by ‘stress’ and ‘eustress’ and how to manage stressful situations by making small changes in everyday life and work.

Using an award winning app, this interactive workshop will:

Key learning outcomes:

  • Understanding the difference between positive stress (eustress)and negative stress (distress) and how this impacts personal performance
  • Recognising signs and symptoms of healthy vs. unhealthy levels of stress
  • Using new approaches and tools to manage personal stress levels
  • Knowing where to turn for extra support and help when needed
  • Understand why stress management is important for your personal wellbeing and performance levels
  • Understand how stress management benefits both your organisation and the wider economy
  • Plan how to apply the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’
  • Take everyday actions that will help decrease personal stress levels and reduce risk of stress related absence

What will the course cover?

Stress Less begins with a facilitated session that helps participants get to grips with why stress management is important for personal wellbeing and enhanced performance levels. Once teams have got to grips with the underlying theories of stress management they will embark on An interactive game 'Five Ways to Wellbeing' combining immersive photo and video challenges with image recognition technology. This interactive game will allow participants to explore the psychology of eustress whilst learning how financial wellbeing may impact emotional and mental wellbeing.
