About this Course

Tech Type Performance
Duration 3 Hours

This highly inspirational workshop explores your preferences for communication; when things are going well and when the going gets tough. We will help you to identify how people react under pressure and how you can communicate effectively with them to create positive outcomes.

Effective working relationships form the cornerstone for success and satisfaction with your work and your career. In a busy day it is easy to lose sight of the impact your communication style has on others or take the time to think about how much more you could achieve if each interaction was a productive one.

Self-awareness is one of the most important qualities we can have and we use a tool called SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) to help you understand your own motivations and those of others. Once you understand why you and your colleagues react in a certain way you are then equipped to get the best out of your communication.

Target Audience:

This course is for all levels and is ideal for anyone who wishes to enhance their communications skills.

Who will the course benefit?

Delegates will be asked to complete the Strength Deployment Inventory® assessment online before attending their workshop.
