This Performance Based Learning Course requires effective communication throughout. We will work to enhance your skills - improve communication, improve relationships, improve results!
The course includes about 4-6 hours of online learning, followed by a two day practice-based workshop.

Our Performance Based Learning model uses a blend of learning mediums to ensure the outcomes you are looking for, while minimising learner time away from the business.
Before attending the workshop, learners’ access bite-size video and online based assets, so that they can study the theories and principles in their own time, and be fully prepared.
They then attend our practical, interactive and collaborative classroom session where they can practice and plan real world application in a safe performance-based environment.
