Being persuasive seems to come naturally to some people – in fact they may not even realise how they do it. In fact, you may not even realise the tactics they’re using to influence you! Most of us, however, can learn to improve and control the way we influence people – getting better results and improved relationships that deliver more in the long term.
Our Performance Based Learning course, a four-stage learning model, creates a learning experience that supports and helps you to embed your learning and deliver real business growth.

This Performance Based Learning course will help you to build on your existing skills to influence staff, colleagues, customers or stakeholders more effectively.

Influencing is a crucial element of being a great communicator.
You already possess innate influencing skills, a lot of which is done unconsciously. To be a really great influencer these skills can be enhanced by moving them to your conscious mind and developing them.
How you put your case across and how you’re perceived can have a large bearing on the outcome.

This interactive and practical programme will provide you with insights in to how others prefer to be influenced.

You'll be asked to complete 4-6 hours of online learning before attending a one day practice-based workshop.

Prerequisites

  • All attending delegates will have completed the Influencing and Persuading online learning which includes best practice, theory and relevant insights to prepare you for the classroom workshop.
  • We recommend learners have a 1:1 meeting with their line manager before and after attending the course, in order to discuss, agree, plan and review workplace application of the learning.
