One of the key methods for assessing return on investment is via validation of learning. We create online project evaluation surveys which capture feedback on all learning events and project activity. This data is analysed and fed into the weekly highlight report, and is presented at regular review meetings.


Our project administrators work under the direction of the project manager. Administration tasks typically include:

  • resourcing events and scheduling venues/facilities in line with the deployment plan
  • proactively contacting participants to arrange registration and attendance
  • monitoring attendance and completion of training
  • coordinating and reporting on logistics and related service levels
  • administering communications to stakeholders and participants
  • administering evaluation procedures, capturing resulting data, and generating evaluation reports
