QA delivers a set of learning services that supports the entire learning and development lifecycle. When engaged by a client, we nominate a learning and development programme manager, who initially meets your stakeholders to understand your unique goals, challenges and business framework.
From this, we work with both your stakeholders and learning professionals to identify how these goals should influence your learning and development strategy, environment and processes.
- We present practical recommendations to address those issues and bring about the required changes in learning and development strategy so that training can fully deliver the expected benefits. This may include a return on investment analysis of current and proposed training programmes, or of the learning and development service, depending on your business goals.
- We translate these recommendations into realistic training programmes and workstreams that will deliver tangible, value-focused results against agreed timelines.
- QA's learning and development programme manager will coordinate the resulting workstreams, drawing on QA's specialist training experts as required. These experts can include project managers, learning consultants, subject-matter experts, trainers, content developers, learning systems experts, and learning service managers.
- Key performance indicators, deliverables and outcomes will be identified for each workstream. Budgets, quality measures and timelines will be defined and agreed at the outset. Skills and/or performance benchmarking will be carried out to support continuous improvement over the lifecycle of the programme.
This approach will transform your business in a measured and focused way, from the definition of strategic goals through to delivering capability and employee learning programmes.
