For Radius Payment Solutions, customer service excellence is very important, both externally and internally. What they wanted to do was to ensure that internally their IT department would deliver at the same best-practice standard as Radius would be doing externally with their customers. The IT team had a really broad range of experience and skill levels and so they wanted to bring that to a more consistent level. 

They asked QA to help them develop training.
