The ‘myQA’ online self-service portal allows customers and partners to book and manage their entire training account in one place using a single sign on, providing real-time schedules, availability and bespoke corporate pricing. Individual delegates can also access their bookings and any pre or post-course materials such as videos when they register.
This week we're launching a new set of improvements including a redesigned homepage providing relevant and categorised information as soon as you log in, displayed as follows:
- Alerts to approve provisional booking requests from employees
Organisation training history
- The most recent course bookings are displayed for your account
- The most recent courses that the logged in user has attended
- Click on the course for easy access to materials such as videos and joining instructions
myQA has also been optimised for use on a mobile device, making it easier to use when you are out of the office.
