Key improvements to the myQA user portal

It’s now even easier to manage your course bookings in one place with the latest set of improvements to our customer portal ‘myQA’.

MyQA

The ‘myQA’ online self-service portal allows customers and partners to book and manage their entire training account in one place using a single sign on, providing real-time schedules, availability and bespoke corporate pricing. Individual delegates can also access their bookings and any pre or post-course materials such as videos when they register.

This week we're launching a new set of improvements including a redesigned homepage providing relevant and categorised information as soon as you log in, displayed as follows:

Pending approvals

  • Alerts to approve provisional booking requests from employees

Organisation training history

  • The most recent course bookings are displayed for your account

MyLearning

  • The most recent courses that the logged in user has attended
  • Click on the course for easy access to materials such as videos and joining instructions


myQA has also been optimised for use on a mobile device, making it easier to use when you are out of the office.
