QA is the 2015 Microsoft Worldwide Learning Partner of the Year
London UK – Alison Cunard, Microsoft’s General Manager - Learning Experiences Division, this week visited QA’s flagship training centre at International House in London to present QA’s CEO William Macpherson with the prestigious 2015 Microsoft Worldwide Learning Partner of the Year award.
The award demonstrates QA’s close partnership with Microsoft and, in particular, it recognised QA’s skills in delivering leading-edge Microsoft Azure training solutions to the marketplace over the last 12 months.
Based out of Microsoft’s Corporate Headquarters in Seattle, Cunard commented:
“I am delighted to have the opportunity to visit QA in person and present them with Microsoft’s Worldwide Learning Partner of the Year Award. QA is an extremely important strategic partner for Microsoft and the award is incredibly well deserved. Their commitment to quality and innovation really shone through around the work they have done in driving Azure skills into the UK marketplace.”
QA’s CEO William Macpherson added:
“At QA we have always seen the Microsoft partnership as being at the very heart of our business and we are honoured to receive this prestigious award. Azure is a very important technology for both Microsoft and QA and we are delighted this award reflects our close work with Microsoft in delivering Azure skills into our mutual customers.”
The continued growth of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 cloud technologies, coupled with the recent launch of Windows 10, further strengthens the close partnership between QA and Microsoft. Highlighting this partnership, in late September QA will be the first training company in the world to deliver Windows 10 Microsoft Official Curriculum beta courses out of QA’s International House Training Centre in London.
QA is the largest Microsoft Gold Learning Partner in the UK, training two out of every three people on Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC). QA is also the largest provider of Microsoft Apprenticeships, delivering 80% of Microsoft’s Official Apprenticeship Programmes in the UK. Our long-standing Microsoft partnership and consistent training excellence has seen us win Microsoft Worldwide Partner of the Year Awards on six occasions across our Learning and Apprenticeship businesses.
