A little more about the role: Visiting Lecturer, DEGREE Apprenticeships – Computer Science (e.g. Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, Devops, Big Data Analytics, Networking & Cyber Security, etc.)
You will be working within a growing and expanding team where we all work, support and learn from each other in order to provide our Learners with a dedicated, exceptional level of service that we are extremely proud to be part of.
As a Visiting Lecturer you will be expected to teach one or more modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels (depending on experience) across functional areas and to be able to accommodate learners integrating material from their modules into any role, in any sector.
What you’ll get up to: The Technical Degree Apprenticeships that we offer involve the delivery of a number of computing streams which incorporate Software Engineering, Enterprise Architectures, Computer Networking, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Databases and Data Analytics, DevOps, and broader areas of Computer Science.
Our learners come from a wide variety of backgrounds and work for an equally wide variety of companies including some of the biggest technology companies in Europe. You will also be involved setting and marking of assessments as well as the continued development of new and existing module material.
