What you will be doing?
The Performance Manager will be responsible for maintaining the high standards being delivered by our skills coaches, while actively looking for ways to continually improve and drive these standards forward.
You will be expected to use data, KPIs and observations to assure themselves and the organisation of the positive impact of the coaching teams work, as evidenced by strong outputs through timely completions and successful EPA outcomes.
What you need?
You will need to have a methodical approach and be able to prioritise your workload as it changes. You will be a great communicator who will not be afraid to put actions into place to maintain business standards.
You will manage a team of degree apprenticeship coaches across multiple programmes & disciplines, however there is no specific technical knowledge required.
