The Role

We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers within QA in Leeds.

You will have your own individual target which you will be rewarded against. You will be targeted on hitting/over-achieving monthly margin targets,increasing the number of buying customers in the account base,increasing spend per customer and continuously improving NPI (customer service) ratings.

Using a consultative sales approach,you will identify new business opportunities and bring on new accounts within your vertical, selling talent solutions to improve the performance of organisations.

You will work within an exceptional team who have a fantastic team spirit who work with passion and drive you will have the opportunity to work hard but play hard too and enjoy a good social life inside and outside of work, reporting directly into the Head of Sales.

Experience required

The ideal candidate will have entrepreneurial spirit and determination, confidence and a proven track record in sales and account management
