Not your normal job advertisement - this is all about 'why, what and who'!
As an experienced sales professional in Apprenticeships, Recruitment, IT or Learning & Development, you might be asking why you would leave your current role to start in a new industry or company, so here goes.
What is the value add to employers (for those not already in the industry)?
Companies who have a paybill over £3m automatically have to put 0.5% of this amount towards Apprenticeships - this means they already have a budget to spend.
The Government is also offering employers £3,000 per new hire, regardless of the apprentice’s age and an additional £1,000 if the apprentice is aged 16 to 18 years old, or those under 25 with an Education, Health and Care Plan.
What is the benefit of going on an Apprenticeship for clients and their people?
Apprenticeships are open to all ages for new and existing employees and provide on the job learning which means they can get paid and do their role whilst furthering their education/skills.
What will you be selling?
The Apprenticeships programmes you will offer potential clients are IT Infrastructure, Digital Marketing, Software Development, Cyber Security, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, DevOps, Artificial Intelligence and Professional Management from Level’s 3/4 (A-Level), Level’s 4/5/6 (Degree) and Level 7 (Masters). As we all know, there is a big push to bridge the IT skills gap!
Do employers buy into Apprenticeships and can you deliver?
