This practically based course has nine labs aimed to introduce network engineers to QoS mechanisms and their impact on real time services such as Voice.

Prerequisites

A good understanding of IP and Ethernet fundamentals which can be obtained by attending the supplier's courses, namely, 'Internetworking, Ethernet LANs and VLANs Principles', ' IP Addressing and Internet Protocols Principles', 'Routing Protocol Principles', 'Multi Protocol Label Switching' and the 1day QoS course 'QoS Principles.'
