New to training? Much more than the average 'train the trainer' programme, this L&D Professional Certificate will give you a great start. If you are an experienced trainer you may wish to take our 3-day Training Delivery Part A - for experienced trainers course (www.tap-training.com/TTFFTTD).

This is a starter programme for anyone beginning their career in training and wishing to significantly improve their trainig skills. Trainers first need to have an understanding of how people learn. Then, they need the skills to engage with the learners and deliver learning in ways that encourage both retention and application. This programme provides the new or inexperienced trainer with the knowledge and skills required to deliver interactive and participative classroom training, underpinned by a sound understanding of a wide range of learning theories.

The Training Accreditation Programme (TAP) is the UK’s leading qualifications framework for Learning & Development. Recognised by the Queen’s Award for Innovation, the TAP methodologies are used within more than 1,300 organisations across all strands of the private and public sectors. The Certificate’s three-year expiry date maintains TAP’s quality assurance procedures and ensures that TAP Accreditation remains dynamic and current.

Due to their unique range and scope, TAP Qualifications provide individuals and organisations with a means to develop a career pathway based on achieving Certification of Learning and Development skills.
