In this practical workshop based course you will learn how to plan, organise and analyse User Experience research and testing and convince stakeholders of the importance of early user research. You will learn how to choose the appropriate research method, select your audience and how to conduct experiments and interpret results.

As part of this course you will setup a UX Testing lab and hands on learn how to test mobile and desktop experiences including learning how to use eye tracking research and mobile device observation in a hands on and facilitated workshop allowing you explore, experiment and decide how best to engage UX testing in your organisation.


This course is a practitioner level event and assumes you will have experience equivalent to our User Experience Fundamentals (QAUX) course
