This course is designed to integrate the use of Microsoft Project 2013 or 2016 as the software tool for coordinating and reporting for Scrum and AGILE project development teams. It is suitable for delegates who are either AGILE qualified or work within an agile environment.

If this course is delivered from a QA training centre, then Microsoft Project 2016 Professional will be used.

Target Audience
This course is designed for a person who has an understanding of project management concepts, who is responsible for creating and modifying project plans, and who needs a tool to manage these project plans.

  • This course is not an introduction to Microsoft Project nor AGILE
  • Knowledge of a Windows operating system
