Our new partnership with QA will bring many benefits to FGI customers, and in many ways FGI will remain much the same as we always have: customer-focussed, personal, and here for you.
The FGI way has always prioritised expert and personal service, so we'll retain many of the things you, as a customer, value from us. You'll still work with the same great people at FGI, including our Account Managers Sara Greaves and Roy Beattie, and Senior Trainers like David Tomlinson. You'll also still have access to the same delivery resources you had previously.
FGI outsourced its public schedule of events to QA about 18 months ago, so many of you will already have benefitted from the close relationship between FGI and QA. We have now decided to formalise the partnership and have combined not just the schedule, but the people, products and ways of working.
Under QA, FGI customers will not only benefit from having a wider set of training (including the latest Leadership, Cyber Security, Agile, Cloud Computing and other Technical learning), but will also have even more ways to learn. In addition to QA's 20 UK training centres they also offer a catalogue of Online Courses, Digital Learning Solutions, and bespoke onsite courses. You will now get access to an unrivalled training portfolio, and develop skills in whichever way suits you best.
