The new workforce of the future and 4IR does not want old-style command-and-control bosses - they want coaches who inspire them, communicate with them and develop their goals. What changes does this mean for your role as a Manager? What skills will you need to develop to meet the different expectations of your future workforce? How will you adapt to self-organising teams, and/or a more servant-leadership mindset?
Dr Ian Clarkson, QA’s Head of Organisational Consultancy, will take you through how the skills needed to thrive and be a manager in the 4IR are changing – some of them may not be what you might have expected!
