The practitioner course explores the practical application of MSP to a given exam scenario. The aim being to support the management of different programmes to achieve success and reduce programme failure rates by ensuring you focus on benefit realisation.
The purpose of the practitioner qualification is to determine whether you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the MSP guidance to apply it effectively in a given (relatively uncomplicated) scenario, demonstrating your ability to tailor the methodology accordingly.
