Recently, the Lean Six Sigma programme has been revised to be comprised of a two day Yellow Belt course and a five day Green Belt course.
Following this new five day Green Belt course, delegates take an exam and submit an improvement project for accreditation.
To align the old courses with the new Green belt course, we are offering a one day review followed by the Green Belt exam.
This is suitable for all delegates who have completed the old Yellow Belt course and Green Belt part 1 course and wish to become an accredited Green Belt.
Delegates should bring their Yellow Belt and Green Belt notes to the course in preparation for the open-book exam.
- Review of tools and techniques of Lean Six Sigma
- Discussion of any issues from Yellow Belt and Green Belt part 1 courses prior to the exam
- Accreditation process
- Exam (open book)
Following a successful completion of the exam, delegates can submit an improvement for Green Belt accreditation.
