The Lean Six Sigma Awareness training is an intensive 1-day session designed to provide delegates with a good high level understanding of Lean Six Sigma methods, with a focus on aspects of cultural Change Management, Programme Management, Project Selection and the Return on Investment on Lean Six Sigma and Process Improvement.
Examples and Case studies are exclusively from the services industry (Finance, Telecommunications, IT).
The course combines lectures, hands on exercises and group discussion.
Course Delivery - Instructor Led or Virtual:
The LSSAW can be delivered either as Instructor led courses (available both as public events or dedicated onsite sessions for clients) or as virtual sessions. Virtual courses are usually scheduled for a duration of 6 hours (2 sessions of 3 hours) and feature a high level of interaction and can be customised depending on clients' requirements (e.g. pre-work and post work assignments, short online tests after completion of the course).

The course is targeted to an audience of Executives, Managers, Project Champions, Process Improvement practitioners, Business Analysis, Project Managers and anyone who is involved in driving Change and Business Process Improvement.
There are no prerequisites for this course except a willingness to participate and an interest in Continuous Process Improvement and Organisational Learning.
