Success in Digital Transformation is as dependent on the talent within organizations as the technology. In this course you will explore how to create, mature and lead teams working in decentralised and high trust organisations.
We are living in a digital revolution where speed of execution, 'customer is King' is driving the business agenda. Dealing with the complexity of working with geographically dispersed teams whilst utilising digital tools is not easy.
The Building high performing digital teams programme is designed to give you practical tools and techniques that can be applied in your business.
This learning will mean your teams can embrace 'digital' collaboration tools and foster a culture of trust, safety and openness irrespective of whether they are working together on a single site or distributed geographically world-wide.
We have taken inspiration from start-ups and entrepreneurs to develop the content of this programme.
According to CEO's of start ups, there are 6 key ingredients to building high performing digital teams:
  • Encourage bottom up feedback early on
  • Set up processes and technologies that empower people (eg, slack)
  • Reward collaboration openly
  • Have disagreements respectfully
  • Harness transparency and build trust
  • Leverage individual employee talents
Using this knowledge, we have developed our own QA model that builds high performing digital teams
