Scrum adoption continues to grow and as organisations seek to become successful at Scrum, many people find that different communication skills are needed to make it work. This course focuses on the skills needed for a Scrum Master to work effectively as a 'servant leader', team coach, and facilitator. A role-play scenario will be used to put new skills into practice. The course is designed around delegates participating in exercises and role-playing scenarios to learn the new skills.
