QA | 1 March 2018
In a recent QA article, we looked at the need to become the ‘Organisation of the Future.’ and how organisations are having to ‘re-imagine’ themselves and define new ways to adapt and prosper. Organisations must adapt to the ‘New Rules’* by evolving into a new shape – and by deploying a new series of skills and capabilities, in order to meet and exceed constantly rising expectations with ‘new and improved’ leadership capability.
Tomorrow’s Leaders, Today
What could be more vital to a company's long-term health than developing and maintaining a superior Leadership Pipeline? MAHLE UK, has met this challenge with a bespoke programme from QA based on our Stepping Up to Management course plus the SDI® – Strength Deployment Inventory Tool®. (A psychometric test based on relationship awareness theory). The programme was structured over 3 days and based on the John Adair's Leadership Model for ‘Action-Centred Leadership’ and was also used to improve internal communication and reduce conflict.
