The IT skills gap in the UK is growing, 75% of UK businesses have reported an IT skills shortage among their employees, despite 84 per cent of firms admitting that digital and IT skills are more important to their enterprise now than two years ago, according to statistics released by the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC). Businesses find it challenging to charm IT talent who can take on junior roles. This is where QA comes in.
