How do we measure success?

We ask for feedback from as many of our customers as possible, from learners attending a classroom course to L&D managers using our managed learning services.

We ask questions about how likely the person is to recommend our services to a friend or colleague. This is a tough measure; people have to be extremely satisfied with a service to put their personal recommendation behind it. Because QA accepts only the highest levels of quality, this is metric we choose to map our progress against.

We pull all of the results together into a Net Promoter Score (NPS). This single number makes it easy for us to keep track of how well our customers think we're doing and to make sure that we're always making improvements that have a real effect. It also allows us to compare our levels of customer satisfaction with other major brands that use NPS, such as Microsoft, John Lewis, Sony, Apple and the BBC.

If you aren't satisfied with any of our products or services, then let us know within 21 days of delivery and we will:

  • Give you a single point of contact who will examine your issue within one working day.
  • Work with you to find a solution that meets your original learning objectives.
  • Aim to achieve a resolution you're happy with within 3 working days. If the solution will take longer than that, we'll agree an action plan with you and keep you updated.
  • If we have failed to meet our high quality standards, we'll offer you a refund.

If you attend a QA* course but fail to achieve the associated exam, we will let you attend the QA course again, free of charge, within 6 months of the original course date. You will only be required to pay for the examination itself. 

*excludes third party courses and some vendor events run at QA training centres. You must re-use the course materials issued to you on your first course. Terms and conditions apply.
