Learning Programme Director (Strategic Accounts)
Jennie Marshall is an award winning learning professional who joined QA in 2010 as a Learning Consultant in the Leadership, Management and Business Skills team. She has gone on to progress through various positions to her current role of Learning Programme Director where she now designs, develops and manages the delivery of end to end learning programmes. She is an experienced learning professional, with expertise including management, leadership and talent, and training and facilitation developed within a variety of environments. She is a proven developer of people and is accredited in the use of a variety of tools including Strength Deployment Inventory®, Hogan®, Prism and Worldsview as well as being an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner.
Abi joined QA in 2014. Her 15-year career in Learning & Development has been varied. She has spent time in Financial Services, Telecoms, in Utilities and also in the third sector. With QA, Abi has enjoyed providing services including learning design and delivery, learning consultancy and evaluation with a QA clients. Abi works with the full range of QA's clients in public and private sectors.
Learning Programme Director
Aidan has over 20 years' experience working in Leadership, Management and Personal Development, running workshops and seminars in the US, Europe and China. He is a member of the European Baha'i Business Forum, http://ebbf.org/, an organisation focused on implementing ethics in organisations.
Aidan is an accredited Emotional Intelligence facilitator using Daniel Goleman’s ESCI (Emotional & Social Competency Inventory) framework. He runs training programmes in conflict handling strategies and building resilience.
Learning Programme Manager
Andy joined QA in October 2012. He is a Learning Programme Manager based in South Yorkshire. Andy worked for 24 years in the banking sector, including 18 years at Barclays and 6 years at Lloyds, where he was a Learning and Development Consultant in their Retail Learning Team. He is a certified facilitator of Situational Leadership II, Myers Briggs Type Indicators Step 1 and Strength Deployment Inventories. Andy has a total of 9 years of Learning and Development experience, using the full learning cycle.
Jo Cook joined QA in 2013 as a Learning Consultant. She is a Certified HR practitioner and training and development professional. Following 10 years in retail store management operations, Jo worked for a leading food retailer as in store HR - this combination provided strong HR, operational and leadership and management experience, and a deep understanding of the manager and leaders role with special expertise in absence and performance management. As a change agent, Jo led the implementation of customer service and organisational structure programs. She is a proven developer of people and has a working knowledge of theories including the Training Cycle, Learning Styles and Accelerated Learning techniques. Jo is a business coach and relishes working with, and supporting, first line and middle managers through a period of transition and discomfort.
Learning Programme Director (Scotland)
Having joined QA in January 2015, Kris drives forward individual learning and organisational development with passion, pace and integrity. With over 20 years of experience, holding executive organisational development positions and blue chip consultancy, Kris believes the key to shaping and growing organisations, has its heart in leadership development. Her global experience includes the US, Middle and Far East, Europe and South Africa, and her work has been underpinned by continuous professional development in a range of areas, including doctoral research into leadership career pathways.
Training Delivery Manager
Nova's passion is helping organisations and individuals develop to their full potential. As Training Delivery Manager she is responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a UK-wide team of consultants, supporting them in building and delivering end-to-end solutions for customers to help them develop their personnel and businesses. She also oversees the scoping, creation, and delivery of a wide range of LMBS coaching, training, and consultancy services. With more than 30 years’ experience of management, consultancy, coaching, and training in the UK and Scandinavia, Nova brings extensive business and management experience to training and coaching. She now specialises in coaching and mentoring and is responsible for developing QA’s coaching and mentoring capacity.
Penny joined QA in 2014, bringing with her over 20 years of international experience. She has worked throughout Africa and parts of Europe including Ireland, for global organisations. She has held senior positions in a variety of retail organisations and spent several years working in consultancies such as Deloitte and Touche and the biggest Training consultancy in Ireland, Professional Development Ltd. She is an energetic and passionate Learning and Development Specialist with outstanding client liaison and relationship building skills; in-depth knowledge of the training cycle and soft skills delivery. She also has a keen interest in learner development, with feedback skills that encourage confidence in others and develop their ability.
Senior Learning Consultant
Shân joined QA in February 2004 as Senior Learning Consultant and is an experienced training and development professional with expertise including management, planning, training, organisation and facilitation. She is a proven developer of people to senior managers and has a reputation for delivering results on time to budget. She is an accredited SDI practitioner who had delivered numerous workshops and courses with SDI as the key learning objective. She has recently attained qualifications as a PRISM practitioner and WorldsView Purposeful Teams facilitator.
Learning Programme Director
Siobhan joined QA in January 2008. Her background in the field of Learning & Development/Organisational Development, spans 24 years. Previous roles have included owning and running an Organisational/Learning & Development Consultancy practice and working as the Head of Organisational Development for a large business process outsourcing company with a headcount of 4,000 staff.
Steve joined QA in 2014. He has a wealth of experience across the L&D sphere, being equally at home in design, delivery and consultancy. He has a proven track record in delivering successful management and employee learning solutions within major public sector and FTSE 100 organisations, as a process facilitator and trainer across a wide range of subjects from technical and legal/compliance-related training, through soft skills, to
management and leadership development. Steve is a qualified life coach, as well as being MBTI, SDI®, PRISM® and EQ-i 2.0 accredited. He has also designed and delivered an extensive range of learning solutions covering technical, IT, skills, HR and management learning.
Tony joined QA in January 2014. Previously Tony worked within the Public Sector for just over 20 years, specifically as a manager with the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) where he spent 15 years in various roles within the MPS training community. During this time he delivered training, workshops and provided coaching and assisted development in many varied leadership courses, as part of the MPS Leadership programme. Tony has successful developed and delivered a number of bespoke training solutions on behalf of QA and continually provides a strong and enjoyable learning experience for delegates from many varied sectors, receiving strong and positive feedback on many courses.
