Adam Stewart has been with QA since 2008, having previously worked in the Service Management education and consultancy space for both Serco Solutions and Getronics UK. He has over 12 years of experience in the Service Management and learning industry. Having joined QA in the role of Principal Consultant he was appointed Head of Service Management Learning Consultancy in 2011, with responsibility to design and deliver bespoke learning solutions to support our customers.

Andrew has over 25 years' experience in the computer industry spanning roles from programmer, departmental manager, to qualified ITIL Expert and Consultant delivering ITIL courses from basic awareness to Management level. In 2011 he was shortlisted inthe Learning Awards ‘Live Online Facilitator’ category for his work in developing and deliverying QA’s virtual courses.

Alan Holmes has been with QA since 2007, having previously worked in the Service Management education and consultancy space for Getronics UK and Pink Roccade. He has over 40 years of experience in the IT and Service Management industry. Having joined QA in the role of Principal Consultant he is now a Senior/ Principal Lecturer.

Alan Morgan

Principal Lecturer/Consultant

Alan is an experienced IT Professional with over 20 years experience in the IT industry. Alan has held a number of senior roles and has experience of large scale IT Service Management and Infrastructure implementation programmes. An example of Alan’s industry experience includes the implementation of all aspects of IT service delivery for Transport for London’s iBus Project, utilising the ITIL Framework. He has held roles that include the IT Infrastructure Manager for the Strategic Rail Authority. Alan joined QA in 2007 as a consultant lecturer and his main areas of specialism at QA are IT Service Management and Green IT.

Paul Ramsey

Senior/ Principal Lecturer

Paul is a versatile, multi-skilled, customer focused service management specialist . He has extensive senior management experience, at director level, in developing and implementing Information Systems strategies, with a proven track record of exploiting Information Technology to maximise business benefit. He has over 20 years experience of utilising the ITIL service management framework to deliver high quality IT services in a range of public and private sector organisations. As QA’s most experienced service management consultant Paul has undertaken consultancy assignments in a variety of sectors ( including Local Government, Health, Finance and Legal ) assisting organisations in developing improvement programmes to fully leverage their service management capabilities. Paul delivers the complete range of ITIL qualification courses as well as developing and delivering bespoke learning experiences for QA’s customers.

Terry Ellis

Senior/ Principal Lecturer

Terry is a professionally qualified and experienced IT Service Manager, mainly within the investment banking sector. He has worked in a variety of managerial and consultancy roles within the service management field. Terry’s experience in customer relations coupled with an enthusiastic and pragmatic approach enables him to successfullly manage delivery of IT Service Provisions. A highly competent Service Management lecturer; Terry consistently delivers effective training that is tailored appropriately to his audience. He is qualified to ITIL Expert standard with PRINCE2, ISO 20000, COBIT and Green IT accreditations.

Andrew Jacobs

Senior/ Principal Lecturer

Andrew is an experienced IT professional with over 30 years experience in the IT industry within both the private sector and the public sector. He has excellent communication skills and is confident at dealing with individuals at all levels within an organisation. This has led to him being one of QA’s most experienced consultants specialising in training with a very high customer satisfaction rating. Andrew is not only skilled in the delivery of Service Management Training but also skilled in the development of web based, classroom based and experiential learning courseware.

Lisa Laws

Senior/ Principal Lecturer

Lisa is a professionally qualified and experienced IT Service Delivery Manager. She has worked in a variety of roles within the service management field, including the Service Desk, Change Management and Service Level Management embracing the whole suite of ITIL processes. Lisa is qualified to ITIL Expert standard and also SDI Manager standard and delivers the whole suite of ITIL courses. She also delivers QA's suite of SDI courses where her Service Desk experience provides a huge benefit.

Martin Waters

Head of Product Development (Service Management)

Martin is a professionally qualified and experienced IT Professional with over 20 years experience in the IT industry. He has held a number of senior roles and has experience of large scale IT Service Management implementation programmes both in public and private sectors. He has over 10 years experience working for QA as a senior principal lecturer and has delivered training to a wide variety of audiences, both UK and internationally, to consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Martin’s main areas of specialism are IT Service Management, where he is qualified to ITIL Expert level, and Green IT.

Paul Aldworth

Senior/ Principal Lecturer

Paul has worked in IT for over 25 years and has extensive experience in the service management area in a wide range of organisations but especially in investment banking where he held a number of managerial posts. He has held the management qualification in ITIL service management version 2 since 2001 and the version 3 expert certificate since 2007. Paul has been a trainer and consultant in service management for the last nine years and has worked with many different organisations to implement areas of the ITIL framework. He teaches the full range of ITIL courses and have been working with QA for 3 years.
