Exam guarantee

We are so confident about the quality of our training courses and learning professionals that we guarantee success, allowing attendees to retake courses free of charge if they fail the exam first time.

Should you attend an official QA course and subsequently fail the associated examination sat with QA, we will let you attend the publicly-scheduled QA course again, free of charge, within six months of the original course date. You will only be required to pay for the examination and to use your original course manual.

Quality promise

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products or services, let us know within 21 days and we will:

  • assign someone to look into your issue within one working day
  • work with you to find a solution that meets your original learning objectives
  • aim to achieve a satisfactory resolution within 3 working days, and where this is not possible we will agree an action plan with you and keep you updated
  • offer you a refund if we have failed to meet our high quality standards
