Cycling
QA actively encourages delegates to cycle to their training centres. A shower is available on the first floor of the building for delegate use.

Walking
Walking from Stockport train station (15-minute walk)
- On leaving the train station, turn left and walk down the hill towards McDonalds
- At the end of Station Road, turn left onto Wellington Road (A6)
- At the first set of traffic lights, at the Garrick Theatre, turn left
- At bottom of the road, turn left
- When you come to traffic lights, go straight ahead (Wood Street)
- Continue along Wood Street (approx 5 minute walk) and follow the road as it bends to the right at the Audi garage
- At the end of the road, cross over at the Audi garage to place yourself at the front of ‘Ye Olde Woolpack’ pub
- Take the footpath that lies to the left of the pub, leading you to Yew Street
- Turn left onto Yew Street. The training centre is the second building on the left
Driving directions from the M60
- Exit the M60 at Junction 1
- Taking the fourth exit off the roundabout if coming from the West, or the first exit off the slip road if coming from the East
- At the first set of traffic lights turn right onto Yew Street
- The training centre is the second building on your left
Car parking
There is limited parking available at the Stockport centre. If the car park is full, additional parking is available at Albert Street.
Directions to Albert Street car park:
- On leaving QA’s car park, turn right out of the gate
- At the traffic lights at the end of Yew Street, turn right
- Stay in the left lane and turn left into Brinksway
- Take the right lane and take the second right into Albert Street. Parking is on the left
