Overview
This course builds on student’s system administration experience with Oracle Solaris 10 and provides the skills and knowledge required for transitioning from Oracle Solaris 10 to Oracle Solaris 11. This course is intended for System Administrators and IT architects who are responsible for planning and performing transitioning tasks.

During this course, students examine various aspects of planning for the transition from Oracle Solaris 10 to Oracle Solaris 11. This course highlights the new features delivered with Oracle Solaris 11 including Automated Installer (AI), Image Packaging System (IPS), and network virtualization.
