We can help you to make your claim
If you would like QA to check your possible entitlement with
Microsoft, please download, complete and return the Software
Assurance client request form below, which will authorise us to
check your entitlement on your behalf.
You might qualify for free Microsoft training, through the Microsoft Software Assurance scheme.
Microsoft Software Assurance is designed to make volume software
licensing for corporate customers easier to manage. In addition to
software, organisations using Software Assurance also receive
training vouchers, entitling them to attend a wide range of
Microsoft courses, without additional cost (subject to your licence
agreement).
Using your Software Assurance vouchers
Many Microsoft courses - and even bespoke training
programmes and our top-value Knowledge
in a Box learning programmes - can be obtained without
additional cost, using training vouchers. If you wish to book
courses using your vouchers please contact your account manager. If
you're not sure who your account manager is, please call our sales
team on 0845 757 3888. To speak to someone on how you can use or
claim your vouchers you can speak to our dedicated Software
Assurance administration team on 01753 898 351.
Are you aware of your entitlement?
Some organisations have not been claiming some - or all - of
their entitlement, perhaps because they were unaware of it. QA can
help. We can help you to evaluate your training voucher entitlement
under your Software Assurance agreement - and then help you to plan
the most effective training you could take, using your entitlement.
Don't lose free training to which you are entitled - contact QA, we
can help you to make your claim.
