Overview

Appropriate security training is an essential component in implementing controls within an organisation. Alongside specific individuals needing training on details of security design and implementation, there is also a significant requirement for general awareness of security, spanning all levels of personnel within an organisation. A low awareness can lead to poor practices, reducing security and increasing the likelihood of breaches that have significant consequences.

This ½ day security seminar is aimed at both private and public sectors and will examine best practice around the key security issues the business professional / end user will encounter. The course can be customised for a specific organisation’s requirements and to reflect their precise security policies and procedures.

The seminar focus is on best practice in the workplace with a particular emphasis on the importance of being responsible with sensitive information.
