We will create a Skills Licence to suit your needs by taking the
time to understand your objectives and challenges. With no
pre-defined limit to the type of training that qualifies for a
Skills Licence, we provide a flexibility that ensures your needs
are met.
Skills Licence options
- You can specify a number of training days to be used on
scheduled courses, within a nominated curriculum area.
- You can specify a number of training courses per curriculum
area.
- You can specify a number of days of closed and/or on-site
training per curriculum area.
Skills Licences are also available for individuals and teams and
can be configured to reflect the subject areas of your choice.
Skills protection guarantee
We know that it can be frustrating when you train someone and
they leave straight after, which is why our Skills Licences have a
built-in safeguard, in the form of the Skills Protection Guarantee.
If we train a member of your staff for a role and he/she leaves
within six months of completing the course, we will retrain a
replacement member of staff, on the same course, at 50% of the
recommended retail price.
