In an increasingly competitive market place project managers are becoming more aware of the importance of recognition for the skills and experience that they have. The Project Management Institute PMP® accreditation provides this recognition on a global scale and is increasingly sort after by professional project managers throughout the world.
This course aims to prepare attendees to take the PMP® exam and provides 14 hours of training towards the 35 hours required as a prerequisite.
Experienced Project Managers who meet the Project Management Institute pre-requisites (see www.pmi.org) and who have substantial knowledge of the generic skills required by a project manager (e.g. Work Breakdown, estimating techniques, critical path analysis, scheduling, project control techniques).
Please note – Delegates must bring the current edition of the PMBOK® Guide with them for this course.
